4. Shipping and Delivery
- We process and ship orders within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

- Oma Hair Empire is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
- Customers are responsible for any applicable customs or import duties.
5. Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons:
All sales are final.
- Returns or exchanges are only accepted for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging and only if there is a manufacturing defect or wrong item received.
- Customers must contact us within 3 days of receiving their order to request a return or exchange.
- Refunds or replacements will be processed once the returned product is inspected and approved.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that period, the order will be processed and shipped.
